Interview With SocialSafe Chairman Julian Ranger On StartUpBeat

Julian RangerOur Chairman, Julian Ranger, recently sat down for an interview with StartUpBeat to talk about various aspects of SocialSafe, including the origins of the product and what our plans are for the future. You can read the transcript in full here.

Those of you who have been with us since the beginning may be familiar with the previous incarnations of the app that Julian mentions, but not many of you will have heard the story of how and why we got started in as much detail as this interview goes into.

It hasn’t always been easy getting the app from the original conception to where it is now, and some of the obstacles we’ve faced – both from a development and a market communication standpoint – are explored. You can also read about our most recent round of fundraising, what we plan to do with this resource in terms of pushing SocialSafe forward through innovation and how we hope to reach a wider audience over the course of 2013 and beyond.

If there’s anything else you’d like to know about what we do that Julian doesn’t address in this interview, then just leave your questions in the comments section below and we’ll answer them as best we can! Thank you all for your continued support.

– Andrew (on behalf of the SocialSafe team).
