Once again Facebook has been drawn into another privacy debate. Basically their practices of updating their privacy settings in line with the EU data protection laws are being questioned again. This time by an independent review team on behalf of the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

The question being asked is really quite simple really. Why should you care how Facebook uses your data? After all you agreed to their terms of service and agreed that they could use your data right?
